Let me start it with , I don't often write a reviews,before I start using NRS system I used square, square is good and you can do everything in the square app. but too expensive. a couple month ago i start using NRS. I called a fews times and customer service is okay, the pos software is easy to use, we have small business so not complicated to use lately I'm contacting nrs to switch credit cards terminal to different banks account and their take forever to do this changes Now a big thanks and appreciation to Carolina Gomez as soon she knows my request she started working hard to resolve the problem, Now I am very happy because everything run smoothly. Thank you very much.

David was the only person that fixed…
David was the only person that fixed the issue with MY POS SYSTEM. I've been having issues with the touch screen for over a week. I was told that the machine was bad and that I needed to replace it. I replaced the machine and a week later the swame issue happened with the replacement. AFTER three long days of waiting for someone to help me . I was told again that I needed another machine. I got a third machine and within an hour the same issue happened again unable to use the touch screen. At this point I said I will make one final call if it doesnt get fixed I will get a new system from another company in the morning. WELL WELL WELL DAVID MADE IT HAPPEN . DAVID FIXED THIS ISSUE WITH FIVE MINUTES . I JUST WANT TO PERSONALLY THANK HIM AFTER SO MANY FAIL ATTEMPTS. HE NEEDS TO BE A TRAINER TO MANY OTHERS BECAUSE CLEARLY IT WAS A SIMPLE TASK.

Great POS customer service is OK. My sales person Shariff demo'ed the unit for me at home at 7:30pm at night and sold me. He's quick to answer his phone and help me with my issues if customer service can't. Highly recommend getting a sales person who knows what they are doing they will make everything with the POS much better and life easier.

You buy one of this u won’t regret spending your money on top of that there “customer service”is super fantastic. First, i can't believe I ran my business all this time without this POS. This is a life changer. I have access to my POS through my phone even when I can't be at the store. It's easy to use. It streamlines the checkout. I even promote daily specials on the screen that faces my customer. This thing is GREAT!!!!

i have seen first hand how this system helps retailers increase there sales and better manage there store. i think for the price even double the price, its impossible to get a better system. I also use the Boss Revolution products and they sell a ton in little stores.

What I really like about this system is…
What I really like about this system is how easy it is to use. It speeds up my process, it allows me to accept coupons, I use Boss Revolution to create Loyalty rewards for my customers and I keep my inventory on it, so when I'm at the cash and carry. I can use my phone app to see what I may need to pick up. Oh one other thing. I can watch my sales when I'm away from the store, so I have piece of mind. Really glad I got it.

This POS system is a very efficient and is a reliable system to use for any retail needs, it also is one of the best ways to attract customers to promotions happening in the store as you are allowed to digitally promote promotions on the register for all customers promotions. Their representative Shrinda Gamache was very helpful in showing us how to make the most of every function from how to make more money on promotions with manufacturers and how to save money for the company using the pod promotions as well.

LOVING this pos in our grocery store. It's not just great for checking out customers - the built in club with customers swiping their key card for discounts, and the flashing ads are helping with my customer relationships. It's exciting to have a POS (with the loyalty program) that gives our store a more professional edge. I needed help and called support and the support agent was extremely patient and helpful. They even called us back to make sure we were all set up. I also just signed up for the new NRS Pay merchant services and we are excited to save money with taking cards, with no secret fees. The company we used before was ripping us off. I'm so glad we found NRS. (If you're reading this, thank you to the NRS support lady who helped me last week!)

I have this pos for long time my sales rep Shakira always help out if there is a problem but she is out of the country.now my POS is disabled since Saturday till now I called service so many times and only promises and nothing done I lost all my EBT/VISA/BIDET sales and inventory . no body care 4 days already .but again Shakira came to the rescue and hand deliver the POS thanks a milion
