Our Extended Replacements Warranty is like a hug for your POS System. It covers theft (with a police report provided), defects in materials and quality, as well as damage or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear only.

The maximum redemption of covered POS components is one replacement per 12-month period. The customer pays a 25% deductible on each item replaced. 

Fast Delivery

POS parts and components covered by the replacement plan are shipped with 2-day delivery, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional.

What is not
by the Extended

Extended Replacements Warranty covers only the POS components listed above. It does not cover the UPS battery. It does not cover damages or defects caused by the merchant or third parties (including scratches, breakage, water, or other damage). Replacement under the replacement plan does not include installation.

How do I purchase an Extended
Replacements Warranty?

If you wish to purchase the Extended Replacements Warranty or file a claim to replace POS parts or components, call 833-289-2767.


Extended Warranty service for hardware and software can be purchased up to 90 days from the POS installation date. Customers whose monthly POS payments are in good standing, are eligible to purchase an optional Extended Replacements Warranty for up to two years of coverage.


Eligibility is conditioned upon payment of POS monthly service & support fees. If a customer defaults on MRC payment, the Replacements Warranty plan is invalid. If a customer who was in default restores their MRC payments, the coverage will then again apply.


For replacement requests under the Extended Replacements Warranty, the covered incident must occur and be reported no earlier than the date of purchase of the extended warranty, and no later than 12 months from the date of purchase of the warranty.

NOTE: The Extended Replacements Warranty becomes active ten days after the date of signup, at which time customers are eligible to purchase replacement POS and components at 75% off retail pricing.

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty plan and its remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written statutory, express or implied. NRS disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law.

Except as provided in this warranty plan and to the maximum extent permitted by law, NRS is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to: loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of or damage to or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss of damage howsoever caused including the replacement or equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any data stored in or used with the POS or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored in the POS. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts or omissions. NRS disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair a POS under this warranty plan or replace any equipment without the risk to or loss of information stored on the POS. Because some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions or limitations, this section may be inapplicable to you and NRS’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. New Jersey consumers and prospective consumers: this section is unenforceable or inapplicable to you.

No NRS reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty plan. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This warranty plan is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the POS purchase took place. For POS purchases that take place in the United States, the laws of State of New Jersey will govern, without regard to its choice of law rules.

NRS will not be in breach of this warranty plan or responsible for any failure in performance, loss or damage that it is due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, explosion, power blackout, earthquake, volcanic action, flood, the weather elements, strike, embargo, labor disputes, civil or military authority, war, acts of God, acts or omissions of carriers or suppliers and acts of regulatory or governmental agencies.

All decisions of NRS regarding this warranty plan are final.

Any disputes regarding this warranty plan shall be resolved by arbitration, including any dispute as to the interpretation or application of this paragraph. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. All fees and expenses of the arbitration shall be divided equally. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
