PEACE OF MIND
Up to 3 years of coverage beyond the first-year
standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Low deductibles =
ZERO surprise costs
Twelve months after the date of installation of your POS system, the standard warranty is no longer valid for repair or replacement of POS parts and components. Here’s why our Extended Replacements Warranty is the perfect solution to protect your POS components for up to three additional years.
The Extended Replacements Warranty covers theft, defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, for up to three extra years beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty provides one replacement per covered hardware item per warranty year. It is the most cost effective way to cover your point of sale system and peripherals for up to 4 years.
With the Extended Replacements Warranty, you can have peace of mind knowing that your business investment is protected against theft, defects, and malfunction caused by normal wear and tear.
Our Extended Replacements Warranty is like a hug for your POS System. It covers theft (with a police report provided), defects in materials and quality, as well as damage or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear only.
Your POS is the heart of your store;
protect it from the unexpected.
*The NRS Extended Replacement Warranty is subject to terms and conditions, which can be found below or at www.nrsplus.com/warranty.

One replacement per covered item, per 12 month period. The dual screen POS has a 10% deductible, and peripherals have a 25% deductible.
POS parts and components covered by the replacement plan are shipped with 2-day delivery, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional.
Our POS system and peripherals are user friendly and come ‘plug and play’. When you receive your replacement equipment, you can view installation instructions and additional resources and how-to videos in CampNRS.com or contact NRS Support with any questions.
If you wish to purchase the Extended Replacements Warranty or file a claim to replace POS parts or components, contact your sales representative or call 833-289-2767.
Extended Warranty service for hardware and software can be purchased up to 180 days from POS purchase date. Customers whose monthly POS payments are in good standing, are eligible to purchase an optional Extended Replacements Warranty for up to three years of coverage.
Eligibility is conditioned upon payment of POS monthly service & support fees. If a customer defaults on MRC payment, the Replacements Warranty plan is invalid. If a customer who was in default restores their MRC payments, the coverage will then again apply.
For replacement requests under the Extended Replacements Warranty, the covered incident must occur and be reported no earlier than the date of purchase of the Extended Warranty, and no later than the last day of warranty coverage.

NRS disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limited Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRS is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to: loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of or damage to or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss of damage howsoever caused including any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any data stored in or used with the POS or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored in the POS. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts or omissions. NRS disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair a POS under this Warranty or replace any covered equipment without the risk to or loss of information stored on the POS. Because some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions or limitations, this section may be inapplicable to you and NRS’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. New Jersey consumers and prospective consumers: this section is unenforceable or inapplicable to you.
11. Governing Law. No NRS reseller, representative, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the Warranty. If any term of this Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. The Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the POS purchase took place. This Warranty is governed by and will be construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its choice of law rules regardless of where the hardware was purchased.
12. Disputes. Any disputes regarding the Warranty shall be resolved by arbitration, including any dispute as to the interpretation or application of this Section. The arbitration will be conducted in the State of New Jersey by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. All fees and expenses of the arbitration shall be divided equally. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
13. Force Majeure. NRS will not be in breach of this Warranty or responsible for any failure in performance, loss or damage that it is due to any event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, explosion, power blackout, earthquake, volcanic action, flood, the weather elements, strike, embargo, labor disputes, civil or military authority, war, acts of God, acts or omissions of carriers or suppliers and acts of regulatory or governmental agencies.
