Our Customer Care representatives provide support to our customers and process, they solve and address questions about money remittances and mobile top ups made through our portal, website, and application. Solve questions in general and provide general follow up to the applications submitted by the potential clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide Support to customers (some Tech Support required)
- Stay up to date with systems and products information, changes, and updates. (training and refreshers provided)
- Support existing customers with questions about navigation through our website and application.
- Address and answer questions in general.
- Other duties as necessary to support merchants and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued relationships.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Understand the value of our products and the needs of our retailers and their profiles inside and out
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Customer Care and Tech Support experience is required
- Fluency in Spanish, and English 85% Minimum
- Microsoft Software proficiency
- Customer Service Experience
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Job stability (at previous jobs)
- Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional
