GuatemalaThe AR/Collections representatives will work in a fast-paced goal-oriented department and the duties will include managing and supporting the accounts receivables for our customers. In addition, this may include other aspects of, resolving customer billing issues and reducing the overall amount of accounts receivables.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers with billing questions and payment plans.
- Bilingual communication (chat, email and telephone).
- Relationship management
- 2 + years of experience in Billing, Payment Support and/or Collections
- High proficiency in Excel

- Previous experience in Collections/Billing is requerid
- Excel Proficiency (Pivot tables, General Formulas, Handle Reports)
