IMPORTANT DETAILS:
The Extended Replacements Warranty is non-refundable.
 
The Extended Replacements Warranty covers theft (with police report provided), defects in materials and workmanship as well as damage or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear only . It does not cover damages or defects caused by merchant or third parties (including scratches, breakage, water or other damage). The Extended Replacements Warranty covers only the POS components listed above. It does not cover the UPS battery. The maximum redemption of a covered POS component is one replacement per 12-month period (subject to verification). Customer pays 25% deductible on each item replaced. NRS reserves the right to determine if the POS unit and component(s) are eligible for replacement. Replacements may be refurbished. Replacement under Extended Replacements Warranty does not include installation. Extended Replacements Warranty POS’ and components will be shipped with 2-day delivery, excluding Saturday and Sunday (overnight delivery may be made available).
 
Replacement parts provided under the Extended Replacements Warranty may be refurbished and/or comparable model parts. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional. Extended Replacements Warranty redemption is based upon current pricing at the time of claim. Prices subject to change without notice and replacements are based upon availability. The Extended Replacements Warranty does NOT cover UPS battery.
 
Extended Replacements Warranty redemption eligibility is conditioned upon payment of MRC. If a customer is in default of MRC payment, the plan is invalid. If a customer who was in default restores their MRC payments, the Extended Replacements Warranty will then again apply.
 
For replacement requests under the Extended Replacements Warranty, the covered incident must occur and be reported no earlier than the start date of Extended Replacements Warranty and no later than 12 months after the start date of the Extended Replacements Warranty.
 
If a customer did not purchase the Extended Replacements Warranty within 12 months of the date of POS installation, they are not eligible for the Extended Replacements Warranty. However, replacement parts can be purchased at any time, at standard pricing.
