The Security Camera Integration feature offered by NRS allows you to reduce theft by overlaying your POS transactions in real-time onto surveillance DVR footage. This means you can have a visual record of transactions at your point of sale. Connecting your POS system with your security cameras gives you extra protection and a valuable tool for monitoring suspicious activities. It’s important to note that the equipment for this feature needs to be purchased separately.

• USR TCP232-302 Serial to IP Converter (1 for each POS)
• Hikvision Dome IP Camera (as many as needed)

• (1) Netgear GS308P POE Switch
• (1) Startech RS232 Straight Through Cable – “Male to Female”

The Panic Alarm Button is a patented premium feature integrated into the POS. A long press on the POS’s ‘No Sale’ button activates the panic alarm and discreetly alerts the police for help. Additionally, it automatically opens the cash drawer, enabling quick access to emergency funds if needed.

The Loyalty Premium Feature provided by NRS is a powerful tool to improve customer engagement and retention. By subscribing to this feature, you can retain customers with loyalty points and clubs. With loyalty points, you can reward your customers based on the dollars they spend, encouraging them to keep coming back. Loyalty allows you to create exclusive clubs with customized offers, such as “Buy X Get 1 Free” deals, tailored to your customer’s preferences. eWIC stands for Electronic Women, Infants, and Children, a program that provides eligible individuals with electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards to purchase specific food items. NRS offers eWIC POS integration, making it convenient and efficient for retailers to accept eWIC payments. NRS eWIC integration eliminates the need for paper checks and manual verification processes. Instead, customers can use their eWIC cards to purchase directly at your store. This integration streamlines the checkout process and ensures accurate tracking of benefits.
